Picky eaters, I just don't have them. Let me rephrase that. I don't ALLOW them. We aren't poor. I have lots of food. You know how your grandmother used to say that "No one will go to bed hungry in THIS house." Guess what? You can go to bed hungry in MY house. Don't like the food. Fine. I won't bribe or manipulate. Just GO TO BED HUNGRY. Tomorrow you will be hungry. Children learn FAST.
And no I don't reserve meals. Though I do serve leftovers. By the time a meal is leftovers they already know the drill.
Do you bribe or manipulate your children to eat? What do you think that is teaching them? First day of a job. "Buuuuuut I don't wanna do that." No problem they just get fired. Is that really what you want to teach?
